SHOW THOUGHTS: Excellent collection of Stan Hansen matches. Show started off with a very early Hansen match against The Destroyer. I liked that match but I’m not sure how many would enjoy them sticking to the same series of moves (headlock/headscissors) for much of the match. Hansen was in his bleach-blond haired phase in that match. They then followed with Hansen’s first match returning to All Japan Pro Wrestling after jumping from New Japan. That one match was probably the shortest of all on the show but it was very similar to Hansen’s squash matches in the U.S. The other matches were good or excellent. The last two matches were excellent.
