Jimmy Snuka © (w/ Paul E. Dangerously) vs. Tommy Cairo for the ECW TV Title

WINNER: Jimmy Snuka

They return to the ECW Control Center with Tod Gordon and Eddie Gilbert. Gordon tells Gilbert that he doesn’t know who his opponent will be. Gilbert says that he doesn’t care who he wrestles because he’s wrestled and beaten some of the biggest names.

SHOW THOUGHTS: An okay show overall. They focused mostly on hyping the next big show Ultra Clash and the W*ING talent coming in to work ECW shows. The two new matches on the show were okay at best. They continued to build up The Dark Patriot and J.T. Smith feud by re-airing their singles match with the balcony dive followed by a tag match featuring both. The tag match was mostly Gilbert and Dark Patriot trying to injure Smith further as part of that feud’s progression. Snuka vs. Cairo was okay but there were moments in the match were it felt a little slow. Eddie Gilbert continued to annoy Tod Gordon on this week’s show.
